The 250 year old cafe of the village, renovated in 1994 and expanded in 2003 with a restaurant, keeps alive all the characteristics of the past. The fans of mature wine and tsipouro from Epirus will discover their own paradise.

Visitors can enjoy a delightful breakfast with fresh eggs, local honey and dairy products, freshly baked bread and homemade pancakes and jams as well as a variety of sweet and salty traditional pies. The local meat and salads from the garden of the owner is a reward for the effort through the evolving traditional flavours of a purely Greek cuisine. The delicious Zagori pies of Mrs Niki satisfy the most demanding visitor, the traditional burger of Mr. Pantelis, aubergines in a clay pan, giant beans with spinach, local meats as well as the music from the bar are particular points of reference.

You should definitely try the local galotyri cheese, pies with wild greens and cheeses from Epirus, fine meats from free-range animals, delicious wild boar, the famous trout of Voidomatis, all inspired by local dishes, overlooking the Gamila mountain, in the shadow of the ageless plane tree.
