At an altitude ranging from 500-2500 meters. It is a region gifted with\u00a0<strong>rare natural beauty<\/strong>. The historical circumstances formed a special cultural environment, where the multiplicity of small communities does not negate the unity of the whole. This emerges as a monument of cultural heritage. It consists of 46 villages, called\u00a0<strong>Zagorohoria,<\/strong>\u00a0which are scattered in the Mountains of Pindos, Tymfi and Mitsikeli.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;565&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;569&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]They are located north of the city of Ioannina. Zagori is divided\u00a0<strong>into three geographical sections:<\/strong>\u00a0West, East and Central Zagori. It is of great geological importance and for this reason it is part of the Vikos-Aoos National Park.
